During my time pursuing my master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Western States, I have had the opportunity to work on several projects that have shaped my principles and philosophies. My consulting philosophy is rooted in my theoretical orientation, emphasizing present-focused strategies, adaptability, value-centered actions, a growth mindset, and mindfulness. I aim to equip clients with the tools to handle real-time performance challenges. By fostering psychological flexibility and treating each client as unique, I strive to support them in living fulfilling personal and professional lives. Where DOES GREATNESS COME FROM
I believe greatness is about being your best, not necessarily the best. It involves pursuing your definition of greatness. While greatness can be defined by cultural or standards, I think this form of greatness is unstable because it relies on others' opinions. I want the athletes and performers I work with to aim for their definition of greatness, which is more stable and cannot be taken away by anyone. ...
