During my time pursuing my master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Western States, I have had the opportunity to work on several projects that have shaped my principles and philosophies. My consulting philosophy is rooted in my theoretical orientation, emphasizing present-focused strategies, adaptability, value-centered actions, a growth mindset, and mindfulness. I aim to equip clients with the tools to handle real-time performance challenges. By fostering psychological flexibility and treating each client as unique, I strive to support them in living fulfilling personal and professional lives. Below, you will find projects that I have completed at university that highlight how I came about my philosophy and will give insight as to how I coach my athletes.

It is a personal journey accessible to anyone willing to put in the effort, embrace growth, and define success on their terms... Continue reading here: where_does_greatness_come_from_.docx
